- How to Play
No purchase required to play or win. A purchase will
not increase your chances of winning. From 9/1/09 (the
Promotion Period) or while supplies last, make your purchase
at Skylarkpress.com. Your order/confirmation number emailed
to you after placing an order for a copy of The Intentional
Artist, is your lottery number. Everyone making a purchase
will be notified on the winning number when the promotion
has ended. (Expected expiration date promotion: 1/1/10).
Contestants can place as many orders as desired; each
unique confirmation/order number counts as one lottery
ticket. In order to be eligible for one of the prizes
(see 3), without making a purchase, hand print your name,
address, day and evening phone numbers, email address
(if any) and age, on a 3 x 5 piece of paper and mail
it with proper postage to:

You will receive one (1) entry into the Drawing. Limit:
One (1) per envelope. All mail-in entries must be handwritten.
All mail-in entries must be postmarked by 11/25/09 and
be received by 12/31/09.

Artist Drawing. Once verified, winners will receive
prize approximately 8-10 weeks after verification.

48 x 48 inches. Catalogue Value: (U.S.) $8,500.00.
One painting: 39 x 39
inches. Catalogue Value: (U.S.) $6,500.00.
No substitute, assignment or transfer or prizes permitted,
except by Sponsor.
Winner is responsible for all taxes
and fees.
